Mise à jour du traitement des plaintes et des sanctions /// Update of the handling of complaints and sanctions

Bonjour,

 

Nous avons décidé de revoir les niveaux des sanctions mais également le traitement des plaintes pour les rendre plus clairs et transparents. Des avertissements seront plus souvent donnés que des sanctions directement. Sachez cependant qu'à partir de 3 avertissements, ou moins selon la gravité de la situation ou selon le choix d'un membre du staff, vous recevrez une sanction et votre compteur d'avertissement sera réinitialisé. Nous souhaitons instauré le principe suivant : Si une unique personne est en infraction, elle sera sanctionnée. Si le plaignant ET l'incriminé sont en infraction, les deux recevront un avertissement.

 

Dans un premier temps, voici les changements vis-à-vis du traitement des sanctions :

• Pour les insultes :
  • Si les deux personnes ont insulté, un avertissement sera donné aux deux joueurs. Selon la gravité de l'insulte, une sanction pourra être appliquée, que ce soit pour le plaignant ou pour l'incriminé. Sinon, si seul l'incriminé a insulté le plaignant, il recevra une sanction.
• Pour les vols :
  • Si le vol a eu lieu suite à un rapport avec un ami/famille ou qu'il s'agit d'un trade inter-serveur, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
  • Si la personne a prêté un item à une autre personne et que cette dernière lui a assuré de lui rendre mais ne l'a pas fait, alors un remboursement sera effectué et le voleur sera sanctionné.
• Pour l'anti-jeu :
  • Si les deux personnes ont effectué de l'anti-jeu, les deux recevront un avertissement. Sinon, l'unique personne ayant commit l'anti-jeu recevra une sanction.
• Pour le pk abusif :
  • Si l'incriminé a réalisé l'infraction suite à une insulte, un anti-jeu ou un vol de spot du plaignant, alors les deux joueurs recevront un avertissement. L'inverse est également vrai. L'incriminé subira une sanction si le plaignant n'a rien à se reprocher.

 

 

Voici dans un second temps le changement au niveau des sanctions :

Sanction pour Insultes

1ère sanction : mute 2h → inchangé
2e sanction :  mute 6h → 4h
3e sanction :  mute 18h → 6h
4e sanction : Ban 1 jours → mute 8h
5e sanction : Ban 3 jours → mute 10h
6e sanction : Ban 1 semaine → mute 20h
7e sanction : Ban 2 semaines → Ban 1 jour
8e sanction : Ban Définitif  → Ban 2 jours
[NOUVEAU] 9e sanction : Ban Définitif

 

Sanction pour Insultes à la famille

1ère sanction : Ban 1 jour
2e sanction :  Ban 3 jours
3e sanction :  Ban 6 jours
4e sanction : Ban Définitif

 

Sanction pour Anti-Jeu

1ère sanction : Sanction Shiva Anti-jeu + mute 2h → inchangé
2e sanction : Sanction Shiva Anti-jeu + mute 6h → 4h
3e sanction : Sanction Shiva Anti-jeu + mute 18h → 6h
4e sanction : Ban 2 jours → Sanction Shiva + mute 8h
5e sanction : Ban 6 jours → Sanction Shiva + mute 10h
6e sanction : Ban 2 semaine → Sanction Shiva + mute 20h
7e sanction : Ban 4 semaines → Ban 1 jour

2e sanction : Sanction Shiva + mute 6h  → 4h

4e sanction : Ban 1 jours → Sanction Shiva + mute 8h
5e sanction : Ban 3 jours → Sanction Shiva + mute 10h
6e sanction : Ban 1 semaine → Sanction Shiva + mute 20h
7e sanction : Ban 2 semaines → Ban 1 jour
8e sanction : Ban Définitif → Ban 2 jours

Tous ces changements sont effectifs à partir d'aujourd'hui, le Mercredi 06 Mars 2019. Toutes les personnes n'ayant pas encore été sanctionné suite à des plaintes à leur encontre auront donc le traitement modifié.

We decided to review the levels of sanctions but also the handling of complaints to make them clearer and more transparent. Warnings will be given more often than penalties directly. Be aware however that from 3 warnings, or less depending on the severity of the situation or the choice of a staff member, you will receive a penalty and your warning meter will be reset. We wish to establish the following principle: If a single person is in breach, it will be punished. If the complainant AND the offender are in breach, both will receive a warning .

 

As a first step, here are the changes regarding the treatment of sanctions:

• For insults:
  • If both people have insulted, a warning will be given to both players. Depending on the severity of the insult, a sanction may be applied, whether for the plaintiff or the offender. Otherwise, if only the incriminated insulted the complainant, he will receive a penalty.
• For flights:
  • If the theft occurred as a result of a relationship with a friend / family or it is an inter-server trade, no refund will be made .
  • If the person has lent an item to another person and the latter has assured him of returning it to him but has not done so, then a refund will be made and the thief will be punished.
• For anti-gambling:
  • If both people have taken the anti-game, both will receive a warning. Otherwise, the only person who committed the anti-game will receive a penalty .
• For the abusive pk:
  • If the offender has committed the offense as a result of an insult, an anti-play or a spot flight by the plaintiff, then both players will receive a warning. The opposite is also true. The offender will suffer a penalty if the plaintiff has nothing to reproach himself with.

All these changes are effective from today, Wednesday 06 March 2019 . All persons who have not yet been sanctioned following complaints against them will therefore have the modified treatment.
