Bonjour, C'est par rapport à l'officiel, les buffs classes sont niveau 2 je crois donc ils sont vraiment là pour aider au début après ils deviennent inutiles si vous avez des classes buffs dans vos groupes.

Bonsoir, Après concertation du Staff, nous avons remarqué qu'il y a eu un abus très important sur les insultes en abréviations. Nous avons donc décidé de faire quelque chose pour remédier à cela. La charte a été alourdit au niveau des sanctions pour les insultes en abréviations. Dorénavant : - Les insultes "lourdes" dites insultes à la famille et raciales passent d'un ban de 2 semaines à 1 semaine. - Les insultes en abréviations à la famille et raciales (ex : "fdp", "ntm", "ntr", etc...) seront maintenant sanctionné par un bannissement de 1 semaine également. - Les autres insultes en abréviations (ex : "tg", "ftg", etc...) seront maintenant sanctionné en tant qu'insulte normale. Seraphin's Rules Introduction These rules concern only Seraphin. Ullr The use of Ullr in town is forbidden in every towns and will be punished. Mass Ullr invocation outside towns is prohibited. Monster KS : Monster KS is strictly prohibited on the server. If someone KS your spot or your patrol, take screens. Of course, you will need to prove that you were the first arrived on the spot. When you are at the spot and you have a place in your group, if someone ask you correctly to join you to the group, please add the player. It will then avoid KS. If you stay more than 2 hours on the same spot and another player comes and starts to farm and a complaint is made, it will be non-responsive. This is to promote sharing. PK / REDNAME : The PK is prohibited against characters who are not yet in master classes until level 150 (excluded). Non-master characters are authorized to PK, but will be not protected by this rule. In dungeons, PK are strictly prohibited except in Lost Island dungeons, Vault of lies and in the Remains of the Ancients (prohibited on teleport areas). Horizon is in Fun PK area. No complaint will be accepted concerning PK at Horizon. Any player in redname assumes his choice. (Even in prohibited areas). The Salt Mines being a PvP area, we don't accept any complaint of PK about this subject at the Salt Mines and the surrounding area. This is not obligatory but desirable. We ask of you to avoid PKing around the towns, just go farther away but avoid to stick to the towns walls. PK on spots is prohibited, which means every teleport spots and dungeon entrances. PK on pets is not forbidden but is also regulated as if it were a player, except in prohibited areas (Low dungeons, spots etc). For all other places, like East Horizon for example, if you don’t want your pet being killed, don’t bring it out. In case of forbidden PK, a complaint has to be posted on the forum in the Complaint section, it has to follow the complaint model. PK during an event is strictly prohibited unless otherwise indicated. Any players in PK mode during an Event will be banned from events during minimum 1 month and will be punished for PK during an Event. Animators keep the right to forbid someone and his/her other characters from Events for various reasons (cheating, harassment, non-respect of rules etc..) PK is authorized but it must not become abusive !!! - The number of PK allowed is 3 everywhere in the world of Rappelz, except in the Lost Island where the number of PK is 5. If an additional PK was achieved within 30 minutes, a sanction will be applied. - The PK group is also regulated, you do not have the right to 3 PK per person, but 3 for the whole group, this also counts for the guilds if you communicate in the channels of the game. Use bug Devildom: - Anyone returning to Devildom 1 & 2 without having sufficient level using a group bug will be penalized. The penalty could be a return to level 160 of the character in question or a heavy penalty Shiva.
